Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Lyfe Tyme BBQ Pits Return and Refund Policy

At Renegade Crawfish Company, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please be advised of the following policy regarding Lyfe Tyme BBQ Pits:

  1. Non-Refundable: Lyfe Tyme BBQ Pits are custom-made to order to meet the specific needs of each customer. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on BBQ pits.

  2. Inspection Prior to Pickup: Each BBQ pit is thoroughly inspected by both the owner and the customer before it leaves our property. We encourage customers to carefully inspect the product at the time of pickup to ensure it meets their expectations.

  3. Liability Disclaimer: Once the BBQ pit has been picked up or delivered, it is considered the responsibility of the customer. Renegade Crawfish Company is not liable for any damages, defects, or issues that may arise after the product leaves our premises.

By agreeing to the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as live crawfish, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
